| Mold Remediation |
Concern about indoor exposure to mold has increased along with public awareness that exposure to mold can cause a variety of health effects and symptoms, including allergic reactions.
Some species of mold may produce a fungal metabolite known as Mycotoxins which have been identified as toxic agents.
The purpose of mold remediation is to correct the moisture problem and to remove mold and contaminated materials to prevent human exposure and further damage to building materials.
C&CA has performed numerous mold remediation projects at residential, industrial and Federal Government locations.
C&CA will first conduct an inspection, develop a remediation plan, implement the plan and follow up with moisture control plan and recommendations for prevention.
